NATIONAL GOVERNMENT  it creates legislation, and form a,  judicial branch, which improvise the system of control and other national programs. Secondly, it divides power between the  states and federal government.

PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT is responsible for the legislature, provincial treasury, local government and human settlements.and secondly it is responsible for social services like education, health and social development and economic functions like agriculture and roads.

The Premier selects and names a council of Executive or a bureau, which consists of individuals from the assembly, to take care of the different divisions of the common organization.

The forces of the common Administration are outlined by the constitution, which prevents them from certain selected  "useful zones".

Generally, the forces of government are distributed between the government and 10 other governments.

The Premier selects and appoints a Council of executive ie. a cabinet, comprising of members of the legislature, to Govern the various departments of the Provincial Government.
