Desmoulins said "Some people believe that liberty is like a child, which needs to go through a phase being disciplined before attaning maturity... "According to Camille Desmoulins liberty was one which needed to be enjoyed rather than fearing it. He believed that terrorizing people would never bring liberty and equality amongst the people. But according to Robespierre in a time of revolution the government must rely only on TERROR & those who were seen the enemies of republic must be completely annihilated. The republic must be terrorizied and disciplined for attaining liberty.
