Explanation:

The X and Y chromosomes, also known as the sex chromosomes, determine the biological sex of an individual: females inherit an X chromosome from the father for a XX genotype, while males inherit a Y chromosome from the father for a XY genotype (mothers only pass on X chromosomes).

Explanation: X and Y chromosomes are sex chromosomes . They help us to determine sex of an individual.

Main difference between them is that when X and Y both chromosomes are fond in males but in females only X chromosome is found .

Also when (X + 22) (from mother ) combine with ( X+ 22 ) ( from father ) girl is borne where as when (X+ 22 ) ( from mother) combine with (Y+ 22) ( from father) boy is born.
