After the decline of Mughal dynasty, Indian architecture was blended with the brilliant architectural engineering of the British. The British architecture is called 'Indo-Saracenic architecture'. This style evolved from the Indian architecture and Indo-Islamic architecture which is also known as Indo-Gothic, Mughal-Gothic, Hindu-Gothic and Neo-Mughal architecture.
