BHOPAL: To instill a sense of Manipuri culture and lifestyle among youngsters, a bead jewellery-making workshop has been organised at IGRMS, starting Monday.

Special guests - Ponkokhoi Aam, Ngalengze,Pontre and Santor, have been invited from Manipur, also known as the land of jewels, to mentor the three-day event. Different designs of earrings worn with the traditional Manipuri outfits were made on the first day. The invitees used native plants for making the ornaments.
