Subject - Complaint regarding defective L.E.D. TV.
Sir,
This is with reference to bill no. 235X4 dated 20th April, 2019. I purchased a L.E.D. TV model 56CG, Samsung, from your shop before a month. I purchased that L.E.D. under your recommendation of its being best products in LEDs. But unfortunately, that LED has started creating several problems.
Sometimes, it creates rough sound constantly. Its switches are not working properly. Its screen is not showing anything. And within an hour it's temperature increases excessively.
Now it is not possible to bear with thus product. The product is still under warranty period. You are requested to either repair it or exchange it. Hoping for a an early response.
