Sir,

     I am x living in Raja Nagar of Chennai. I am writing to you to inform about the frequent electricity breakdowns and the sufferings of the people. The city has recovered from many natural disasters. However, it seems it won't going to recover from the electricity breakdown disasters. In our locality, we have been suffering with frequent power cuts. The issue has not been taken seriously by the board despite of many complaints from us. Now, we want some public attention to resolve this problem. I request you to publish an article about this frequent electricity breakdown until it reaches the tables of the authorities.
