I am constrained to draw your attention to the growing Menace of thieves in my locality.
The policeman is a rare sight in this crowded & growing locality. The other day four miscrents broke into a house & relieved the inmate, at the point of the knife, of all the cash & jewellery they had.
I request you to take immediate steps to stem this tide of insecurity.
