Sir,
I recently purchased a computer from your shop. But after one week the computer started malfunctioning. It takes a long time to start up. Further, some programs cannot be opened.
I therefore request you to replace the defective computer set. The receipt of my purchase and the one year warranty card are enclosed.
I shall be grateful to you if the replacement is done as soon as possible.
