Subject: complain regarding the defective watch

Sir I had recently purchased a watch from your store a week before. I had ordered the watch from your stores and requested for a home delivery

It reached me a day before. I felt very nad that the watch was a defective piece cause I had purchased it with a lot of my hard earned.

I asked your store head that will be the watch be replaced but he complety said no. Please help in providing some of the convinent your facilities in replacing my watch because it was my hard earned gift to me. I hope, You would take some actions reagarding it
