Explanation:

Letter to the Municipal Commissioner

Coimbatore

22.12.11

From

R.Radhamohan,

10,lingapuram,

Kovilmedu,

Coimbatore.

To

The Municipal commissioner,

Coimbatore corporation,

Coimbatore - 641001.

Sir,

I am living in the second street of Lingapuram in Kovilmedu. The sanitation is very bad here. The roads here are not swept regularly. They are dirty with full of rubbish. The drainage water flows all over the street, especially during the rainy days. There are many pits on the road. They are filled with drainage water. Foul smell arises from it and it is a place for mosquitoes to breed. So, people are often affected by fever. The children are often affected by dengue, malaria, etc.

So, I request you to look into this matter seriously and improve the sanitation in this locality.

Thanking you !

Yours faithfully,

(R.Radhamohan)

Subject: Dirt and filth around our colony

Sir,

I wish to draw your attention towards the cleanliness of the locality around our colony. There are dirt and filth all over the place as soon as we exit the colony which has a very bad odor.

Due to the garbage lying everywhere mosquitoes and flies are attracted towards it and this gives rise to the insects entering our colony as well. Complains of dengue and malaria have become common since the past couple of months in our colony.

We have complained to the local authorities about this matter but in vain. I, therefore, request the higher authorities to look into this matter and take the necessary actions immediately.

Yours Sincerely

hope it helps dear.
