Dear store manager,

I am writing to you because I would like to make a complaint about some damaged goods (Name) that I ordered. On the (Date- dd/mm/yy) of this year, I went into your shop and ordered some fishing rods (Items type) and some tack (accessories). When they arrived I opened the fishing rods and one of them the most expensive one was broken.

Now when I went into the shop you assured me that this wouldn’t happen. But it did and now I am out of money to get a new one so I would like you to replace it or give me a full refund. Or I will take this up further. I will be by the shop on the weekend to discuss his more face to face.
