then write respected sir,
then the body of the Letter
then write your faithfully
then your signature

3. Receiver address ( Company, shop etc )

4. Subject

5. Body :

- Starting paragraph will be short but informative. In this para you have to give information about product ( vide bill no, date of purchasing, model of product etc )

- In next para you will give information about the problems created by product.

- In last para you will give conclusion of the problem. Repair or replacement.

6.Name and signature of sender.
