This letter is written to let you know about the T.V Set which has a defect. The television doesn't work. I, The resident of Gulmohar park colony, wants you to replace this T.V with a new one and also want a fellow engineer of yours to check if there's any manufacturing defect. I never expected this from a well-known company like yours. I don't want this to be repeated.
Hoping for a positive response from you. I'll be glad if you replace this T.V with a new one and will provide a good quality better than this.

On 11 August 2017 , I brought a mobile model no . Samsung fro. your shop . Unfortunately , the mobile stopped working within a week of it's purchase , although it has a three years warranty .
I would appreciate if you could get the faulty mobile replaced with a new one . I have enclosed a copy of the invoice of my purchase with this letter.
