Subject: Complaint on illegal land occupation.

Respected Sir,

With great regret I, a resident of Bidhannagar, would like to inform you of the illegal occupation of land in our area. There are many open spaces and some of them were used by children as playgrounds but recently some promoters and land brokers have forcibly taken over the lands. They have started erecting multi-storeyed buildings. Not only that they have also captured a part of the land belonging to the municipality and a portion of the main road. If proper measures aren’t taken, they will soon convert our beautiful green city into a concrete jungle.

So I would be highly obliged if you would kindly take a look into the matter and take some appropriate measures to curb this problem. I am waiting for your co-operation in this situation.
