Dear Mr. Carmen,
I am writing this letter after our last conversation over the phone a week back in which I reminded you about the need to undertake urgent major plumbing repair in the bathroom since it has been causing heavy seepage in the flat below.
I showed the seepage to your plumber, and he promised to start work after getting your approval on the estimated expenditure. It has been two weeks since but no one has come over to start repair work so far.
Moreover, the manager of the society has warned that he will take stern action if repairs are not undertaken immediately. Since I will be out of town for three weeks starting 04 October 2013, I request you to treat this matter as most urgent and commence necessary repair works so that my planned holiday is also not disturbed.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

Subject:- Bad Condition of Elevators & Rooms.
Through this letter I would like to draw your attention towards the problems faced by people while using Elevator & Bad Condition of Rest Room in your Mall.
Yesterday, Sanjoli went to your Mall for Shopping as she is very much fond of Shopping. She had Spent her whole Day their. After buying all the things , she was tired and wanted to rest as she is very lazy, so she went to the Rest Room. As she told me, The Condition of Rest Room was worse, The Furniture of very bad quality and Air Conditioner was not working their. She left and went to have some food on the 5th Floor. After having it, She was about to leave the Mall, so she entered in the Elevator and mid of the way it get stop as the Electricity Supply was not Regular. She was very Frustrated.
The Condition of Elevators can be maintained by some Measures. Firstly, Don't allow more than 4 people to use the same Elevator at the same time . Other Measure can be Continuously supply of Electricity to the Elevators, which will prevent it from any Damage.
I Hope you got my letter & got to know about the Bad Condition of Ur Mall's Elevators and Rooms.
So, Kindly take Some Strict Action against the Authority whom u have given the Maintenance Responsibility.
