Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice, that there are multiple issues in your mall, particularly in the escalator and the rest rooms.

The escalator is often out of service, which is a matter of inconvenience to mall visitors.

I have also found that the railing of the escalator to the food court is wobbly and must be fixed.

The rest rooms in the mall are not clean and sanitary at all.

There are no tissues and the floor is always muddy.

I request you to consider these matters and resolve them at the earliest.
