Subject: Complain about bad condition of school

Respected ma'am,

I the student of class 9th writing this letter to throw light on the bad condition of the school. As the cleaning of the classroom is not done regularly, the washrooms are uncleaned and also the water has been logged under the wash basins.

The benches are not mended and some classes are licking. School grounds are also messed up. In this situation we children are having much problem to study and be in school.

Hope you take quick action on this situation and make the school a perfect place to study.
