Here is your answer !!

Let the angle be x .

So , its complementary angle is ( 90 - x ) .
And , its supplementary angle is ( 180 - x ) .

ATQ ,
( 90 - x ) = 1/4 ( 180 - x )
=> 4 ( 90 - x ) = 180 - x
=> 360 - 4x = 180 - x
=> 180 = 3x
=> x = 60 .

So , the angle whose complementary angle is 1 of fourth of its supplementary then the angle is 60 ...... [ Ans ]
