Dear Sir,
Before the start of summer, we requested for Air Conditioner Service by your company. The electrician did service of all the ACs and assured us that they will not cause any problem for the whole summer. (Describe in your own words). I myself made sure that none of the AC was missed.
However, last week the AC was making weird noises so we thought that there might be some problem with the grills. (Explain the actual cause and situation). After the janitor cleaned the grills and put them back, the AC stopped working. It has been really inconvenient for the whole staff and working without AC in a closed office is unbearable in this scorching heat.We have been ordering your services for 3 years and this is the first time that such a situation arose.
