An Engineer was on a hurry, to attend his interview in a multi national company. On his way, he checks if he is well dressed in a vehicle mirror. Just as he was about to continue walking, he sees a little child holding her shoe in her hand. she was looking worriedly at the broken strap. The Engineer spotted a cobbler, so, he politely takes the girl's shoe, and goes to the cobbler. The cobbler was very humble, for he also polished the little girl's shoe. The cobbler also asked for very little pay. The Engineer, thanks the cobbler and humbly gives him tips with a smile. The Engineer watched the girl happily wearing her shoe, and thanking both of them.
It was already getting late, so the Engineer rushed to the interview, and thought of the minimum salary. Thankfully, The interview goes well, and he gets the job. As he was happily exiting the interview place, something caught his eyes. As he turned around, he saw the seniors who interviewed him, respectfully welcoming a person. The Engineer comes to know, that the real boss, was the humble cobbler he had met in the morning. He was awestruck and was filled with immense respect for the boss, and thought it was all magical.
