Given:

the equation 2x-6y=3

To Find:

Vacant place in given image .

Step-by-step explanation:

  • In the given box we have x=-5 to find y=?

         given equation is 2x-6y=3

  •  Put the value of x=-5 we get

                2(-5)-6y=3\\\\\Rightarrow y=\frac{13}{-6}\\Thus,(x,y)=(-5,\frac{-13}{6} )

Now given in second column y=0 to find value of x.

                  2x-6(0)=3\\\\\Rightarrow x=\frac{3}{2} \\thus,(x,y)=(\frac{3}{2} ,0)

Hence,(x,y)=(-5,\frac{-13}{6} ),(\frac{3}{2} ,0)
