1. Arrival of action potential in the dendrite

2. Dendrite transmit action potential towards cell body

3. Action potential then comes to the axon, then Ca^+2 ion combines with the synaptic vesicles, which carries the neurotransmitters

4. Then synaptic vesicles starts bursting in the pre-synsptic membrane that is axon terminal membrane

5. Then neurotransmitters moves through the gap synaptic cleft and starts moving towards the receptors in the post-synaptic membrane that is dendrite membrane of next neuron

6. Thus the new action potential generates
