2B+2H₂SO₄→B₂O₃+3SO₂+3H₂O

When boron reacts with sulphuric acid the product formed is boron trioxide(iii), sulphur dioxide(SO₂) & water.Temperature required for the above reaction is 250°C.

LiBH₄+4H₂0→LiOH+H₃BO₃+4H₂

Lithium tetrahydroxoborate(III) undergoes reaction with water the product formed is Lithium hydroxide(LiOH), Orthoboric acid(H₃BO₃) and hydrogen(H₂)
