of all moments. It was a day when my parents had gone out leaving me alone at home. I was reading a very adventurous novel of a very brave lad. It was then that the telephone rang and someone asked from the other side "Is there any grown up at home".I was an idiot and told, "No I am alone at home". After sometime, I heard a knock at the door. I was this time cautious not to open the door. I went upstairs and from the window, I saw an unknown person. The look of the man scared me.I instantly called Murthy uncle, My neighbor who was also my father's trusted friend and told him all that happened. He told me not to open the door and told that he would send his dog Rocky over to my house. As promised Rocky came and he did not allow the man to escape. Then after a few minutes, Murty uncle came with the police and got that man arrested. When my parents heard about this they were first angry with me for telling the stranger that I was all alone but later they appreciated me for not losing my nerve and for calling Murty uncle. I thank the almighty even today for helping me to make the decision of calling Murty uncle rather than opening the door in a hurry.
