Last summer, I went to Puri along with my parents and a few relatives. One day we went to the beach. We were enjoying in water. Suddenly I saw a giant wave. It was extremely huge. At first my mind was blank. I didn't know what to do. I told my dad, but he didn't bother much. I told my mom and was shouting and warning everyone about the wave. My mom looked at it at once.
It was near to us, anything might happen. My mom took away the kids and ran away back. My dad, me and those relatives didn't know what to do. We ran back too. But it was too late. One of our relative was drowning in the water. He was screaming but none noticed except me. I took my dad's hand and tried to go near that relative. But the waves didn't stop so my dad didn't dare to go inside the water. What about my relative ? What if their family members see? The beach ends at the other side. We went to see if the waves threw him the other side.
We ran but didn't find him. After a minute or two, we saw the water bringing him back. We were relieved. His mouth was filled with water which we hardly pressed and bought the water out. He survived. Thank goodness.
