It was a pleasant morning, a little girl was sleeping in her bed. Suddenly, she heard a loud noise and became scared. She woke up and saw that all the family members were looking curiously at her as if she was sleeping amongst scary things. She looked around to see what had happened. She looked at the face of everyone and could see a shocked expression on each face. Then she noticed that something moved near her foot Her gaze shifted to her feet and a scream came out of their throat. Her father hushed her and told her not to move. Actually, a snake was sitting at the foot of her bed. Everyone was scared and didn't know what to do. A little movement would have made that coiled figure attack Soon, their neighbour came and said that he knew a person who handled snakes. He went out to call that man. No one in the family dared to move. The little girl was frightened to death. She did not know what to do. Suddenly, there was slight movement The snake looked around and noticed everyone. Then it started uncoiling itself and moved towards the end of the bed to get down. All were stunned and prepared for any sort of emergency, but the snake didn't do anything to anyone and moved silently out of the open window. There was a mixed feeling of horror and happiness. The moment the end of the tail went out of the window, her father rushed to bolt the window and ordered that the bushes around the house must be trimmed so that no such incident took place in future.

It was along black snake resting upon the end of the bed. Her father signed her to not to make any noise. Her brother was trying to put the snake away by using the stick but the stick was to small for that. The girl was so scared that she could not resist and shouted. The snake slithered a bit towards the left. Everyone was looking with their utmost attention towards the snake making sure the don't do anything that would revoke the snake. From that day onwards the girls father made sure that the bushes near the window would always be trimed regularly because it is really goode place for snakes to hide.
