12 + 10 \sqrt{6}  = c \\  \\  \\
 \frac{12 + 10 \sqrt{6} }{ \sqrt{3} }  = 2 \sqrt{3} ( \frac{6 + 5 \sqrt{6}}{3} ) = d \\
