Hence, difference between both the terms are of 25.

Now,

We will subtract 77 from 49 so that we can find the difference between them.

Hence, Difference between them is 28.

Now, subtract the difference between the third and second term from the difference of the second and the first term.

28 - 25 = 3

Now, add 3 to 28.

3 + 28 = 31
