Answer:

ZnSo4 + Cu -----> No reaction

Since Zn is more reactive than Cu, it cannot be displaced by copper from its salt solution. Therefore, no change is observed.

Answer:

There will be no reaction between Zinc Sulphate and copper but the reverse process is possible. i.e. Zinc will displace copper from copper sulphate solution.

Explanation:

Zinc is more electropositive than copper. The rule is a more electropositive metal will displace a less electropositive metal from its salt solution. The standard reduction potential of zn is -0.76 V where as for copper it is +0.34 V.

This indicates that Zn + cuCu2+  = Zn SO4 = +Cu is spontaneous.
