Going by the logic given in the series, we observe that there's an alternate increment of 10 followed by another number.

   10        9         10       27       10         51         10        

Here, we found the differences between the successive numbers which comes as-10,9,10,27... and so on. The 10 remains common alternatively, however we need to find the logic behind the numbers- 9,27,51.

As evident from the given numbers,they are all multiples of 3 and hence it increases in the following pattern:

3*3 =9 ,  3*9 =27, 3*17 =51 , hence 3 gets multiplied by 3,9,17 and so on.

On further finding the difference, we get 6,8,10 and so on( increment of 2).

Hence in the series, 3 needs to be multiplied by 27 which is 81 and this needs to be added to the last number in the series,i.e. 130.

So, the next number in the series will be 130+81= 211.
