A short story about Sunita's first day of the new school
"Sunita, you are getting late for school", Sunita's mom shouted from the kitchen. Sunita had started a new school and today was her first day at the new school. Sunita rushed towards the kitchen and starter filling her glass with milk, she took a piece of bread and started eating quickly. " Slow down, you will get sick", said her mother. Her mother handed her a box of food for lunch and walked out of the kitchen.
Sunita had now finished her breakfast and was about to leave for school. The school was close to the house and was only 10 minutes from home.
Sunita started to rush towards the school. She knew that she was late, so she was trying to walk as quickly as possible.
When she finally reached school, the classes were about to begin but she was excused for being a new student. Sunita spent the day getting to know the school system. She also made a new friend Jia who lived on the opposite side of the school. The day ended and Sunita went back home.
She recalled the memories of her first day at school. Even though she was almost late, it was a wonderful day in her life.
