here is your answer

  • vitamin A - carrot , green leafy vegetables fruits like peaches , papaya,mango ,milk , fish ,egg Yolk , cod liver oil .

  • vitamin B1- rice (unpolished) , whole grains(wheat),eggs ,liver .

  • vitamin C - citrus fruits ( lemon and oranges), fruits (amla,gauva), tomato, spinach.

  • vitamin D - sunlight exposure,milk and milk products,oily fish,liver ,eggs.

  • Iron- green leafy vegetables (spinach), fruits (apple, banana,gauva),wheat, pulses,dried fruits (dates, raisins),meat, animal liver, jaggery.
