THE UNSEEN LOVE
I was calling my friend and someone else picked up the phone. The voice was quite similar to that of my friend. So I thought it as his and went on saying whatever I had wished to. Finally the voice from the other side spoke, "Hey Amit! This is your friend Anupam's younger sister". I got puzzled. I couldn't know what to answer. But still I said, "Oh sorry! I thought it's Anupam because your voice is quite similar to that of his. By the way where is he?" "He is taking bath". The voice replied.
I asked her, her name and she said, "Anisha". And then after a silence of a minute Anupam came and she handed over him the phone. And I said, "You never said that you have a younger sister too". "What's there to say in that? OK what happened? Why had you called?"He asked. I thought asking more about Anisha would irritate him so asked him to visit my home in the evening and ended the call.
In the evening, when he came, I talked to him about school and finally asked about his sister's education. He answered it but he got confused on my interrogation about his sister.
The next day, I had called him again and Anisha had again picked up the call. She talked and then Anupam and then everyday I used to find a cause to call Anupam and used to talk to his sister. Even Anisha got very interested in talking to me. However, Anupam could know this and when he asked me I hesitated to inform him that I was in love with her because I thought he might restrict her sister from talking to me. But still I said him and he supported me. Even he bought a mobile phone for Anisha so that she could talk to me.
MORAL: Love needs understanding. And when your love is true even the Almighty will come down to support you.
