Complimentary angle means sum of all angles will be 90degree
Here one of the angle is 1/3 of the other
So..
1/3*90
30..
So 30 will be the angle

ayush0981: the "3" was in the divide on the LHS , so it multiplied to "90" when it went to RHS , you see (90×3 = 270)
