Once upon a time, in a dark forest lived a man named Uncle Chopps. He was famous because of his magical bag. No one knew what was there in the bag; some thought there were skeletal bones whereas, some thought there where stonified (turned into a stone) wizards. Most of the people feared to go into his house all because of his name. However, some people believe that Uncle Chopps comes at every 13th of October at Wilson's Candy Store causing rains to occur every night. The tale of Uncle Chopps remains un-explained.
