Aditi: I am so excited about the Nepal trip!
Zara: And I am thrilled that you are also coming along. It will be fun!
Aditi: I think we should plan a little. I want to make sure that we make the most of our time there.
Zara: Yes, I agree. Three days is a short time, but considering that we are going there for a conference, we are lucky to get three full days to explore Kathmandu. We will make each minute count.
Aditi: I know I want to visit the UNESCO world heritage sites there. I read somewhere that there are seven buildings that have made it to the list.
Zara: I am not too sure that I want to visit all seven buildings. A few should be enough, like some temples and the Boudanath Stupa. I have never seen a stupa before.
Aditi: Me neither. It looks so majestic in the pictures...
Zara: Don’t worry, we will soon have our own photos there! I badly want to try the local dishes there.
Aditi: Yes. The actual flavour of a place is in its street food. Are you a restaurant person or a street food person?
Zara: Street food!
Aditi: I am glad we both think the same way, at least in terms of food.
Zara: What about shopping?
Aditi:I am not much into shopping, but I would definitely like to explore the market for local products. No malls for me.
Zara: If we don’t find anything in the market, will you please come with me to the mall? I won’t take too long, maybe a couple of hours.
Aditi: Not more than two hours then. Is that a deal?
Zara: Deal!
Aditi: I wonder how many more deals we will have before we actually land in Kathmandu.
Zara: I don’t know, but just going there, is a big deal for me!
