Composite radicals
They are the groups of atoms of different elements. They may carry either positive charge or negative charge. And despite being atoms of different elements, they behave exactly like a single atom. They are very reactive, probably the reason is that they are charged particles, and, they even have large number of free electrons. This contributes in their high reactivity.
