Sports have more importance than only entertainment in a students' life.it not only provides energy but also refreshment to the mind,sports provide qualities like sportsmanship,refreshment to the mind,fair play in studies,discipline obedience and the team spirit and Unity of action.these qualities symbolise a real virtuas of  students who plays the game of life.sport developes the spirit of courage ,manliness, the way to fight against all circumstances to students to face all challenges in life.schools and colleges provide value sports activities for students to keep their Minds on studies as well as devolope a strong health.Thats the importance of sports in a students' life

This is the science era. nowadays students dont get enough time to go outside and play . They are burdened with studies and no time is left to have fun and play . But sports is very essential for one's body.it helps to refresh and keep a alert mind . It helps us to stay fit , strong , active, healthy , cheerful , increases the circulation of body and increase the supply of oxygen in our body . when we fell ill, it brings frustration and there is chain of unpleasantness around us and we are not defined as a healthy person. There is chain of thoughts coming in our mind and it is tough to get refreshed without sports and games . We can play outdoor games like football,volley ball,kabadi, cricket , etc. We can also refresh by playing indoor games such as table tennis,chess,ludo. These days students may take out leisure time and would sit at home to play video games . It may increase our concentration , but it strains our eyes ans affects the brain . Sports leads to physical,mental,moral growth. It inculcates discipline,co-operation , courage and positive attitude . People with positive thinking have solution for every problem , but negatives have problem for every solution. Sports helps us to gain positive attitude. It is not food,wealth , studies that will make you a healthy person , but regular exercise and sports will make you a healthy person ...
