calcium and phosphate are the compounds of teeth (Enamel) the formation of small cavities in teeth is due to the action of bacteria and improper dental care .it can be prevented by brushing the teeth regularly after the eating food which removes the plaque Before any action of bacteria . this is how we can prevent dental caries or tooth decays or tooth aches

Answer:

P = Ca3 (PO4)2. Bacteria present in the mouth produce acids by degradation of

sugar and food particles remaining in the mouth after eating. Using toothpastes, which

are generally basic, for cleaning the teeth can neutralize the excess acid and prevent

tooth decay.
