Heya friend!!
Rajdeep here....

What is the difference between ionization and dissociation?
Ionization means, the compound originally does not comprise ions, but in presence of water, they FORM ions.

Dissociation means, the compound originally comprises ions, and in presence of water, they separate or dissociate.

Ionic compounds show dissociation and all KCl, and PbBr2 are ionic. HCl is a polar covalent compound, which ionizes in water.

So HCl is your answer.
Thanks!!
