Uses:

1. Used in making chalks.

2. Used in cement industries as marble(CaCO₃) and Limestone (CaCO₃)

Bleaching Powder(CaOCl₂)

Ca(OH)2+Cl2=>CaOCl2+H2O

Plaster of Paris(CaSO₄.¹/₂H₂O)

CaSO4.2H2O=(heat)=>CaSO4.1/2H2O
