take a beaker add alcohol in it.take a bulb attached with 2 wires nd battery the wires shld have open ends pass current from it. put the open ends in beaker. u will see that the build doesn't glow . this is bcoz the ions of alcohol doesn't dissociates. bt ions of acids does therefore alcohol is not acids
