compounds such as alcohols and glucose contain. compounds such as alcohols and glucose contain hydrogen but are not cat-egorized as acids.why??

because they cannot separate out hydrogen form water and doesn't form hydronium ion.

they can't conduct electricity and doesn't show acidic behavior
