Answer:

Explanation:

Take solutions of alcohol and glucose.Fix 2 nails on a cork and place it in 100 ml beaker .connect the nails to the terminals of battery through a bulb and a switch. Pour glucose and switch on the current repeat with alcohol .The bulb will not glow when alcohol or glucose is poured. This means that the current doesn't flow through the circuit as glucose or alcohol doesn't conduct electricity .H+ ions are responsible for conducting electricity.but aqueous solution of glucose and alcohol contain hydrogen but this can't be dissociated to form H+ ions.So they dont show acidic character
