Aim-To show compounds such as alcohols and glucose contain hydrogen but are not categorized as acids.
Materials required-Make the apparatus as shown.
Procedure-After making the apparatus as shown in the picture and pour some alcohol or glucose and now turn the switch on and we will see that the bulb doesn't glow .Now repeat the process and remove alcohol or glucose and put HCl into it and the bulb will glow.
Conclusion-This implies that 
acid can conduct electricity but  alcohols and glucose cannot as they are containing hydrogen also.
