compression of liquid and gases is easy but it is tough to compress solid why??

Molecules of solids are very tightly packed and it can't be compressed anymore

But there is large spaces between the molecules of liquid and gases, so it can be compressed

Because atoms present in Liquid and gases have low force of attraction among them and so at the time of compression, the atoms come close together. So compression is easy with liquid and gases
but atoms in solid have strong force of attraction among them and bcoz of that compression is tough with solid.
