Microsoft office is used in many ways :
like 1. Microsoft Word : is used for inserting the documents
2. Microsoft Excel : is mostly used for accounts , calculations and other stuff
3. Microsoft PowerPoint : is used for presentations mostly
4. Microsoft Note : is used for taking down notes when required.
There are advantages of using these :
like MS word is used for inserting, editing , copy and paste the valuable information ( you can also do in MS PowerPoint and note as well) ..
