Guyz.....Is there any probs by cleaning the junk files(cache) in mobile phone? By deleting the cache will my phone gets slow down?

No it is very useful cleaning the cache No problem
cache is a junk file that can be delete to free up your space

Here is What I know :

Cache is nothing but saving Web pages we visit, So that there won't be any delay,

What This mean :

If you are visiting Wikipedia on Google Chrome, The browser automatically saves the webpage i.e Takes a screenshot (in simpler terms) And saves it on your computer,

So, When you visit the page again, And it is unable to load properly, The browser publishes the screenshot or saved page !.(In this way saving time)

Cache is nothing but stored data !.

So, If you clean up the cache data, There is nothing to worry, Except one thing, You can't load the web page without Internet again !.

Also, By deleting cache your phone doesn't get slow, You may experience it due to slow internet !..

Example :
cache:wikipedia.com/Albert_Einstein,

You have to type the above in Chrome's URL, If you want to see the cache file !.
