Computer hardware without software is like a car without a driver. Explain.

Answer: Quite easy to explain with an example.

Suppose you have a very good hardware system like with DDR4-32 or RTX titan or Intel Core i9 9900K. But if you don't have the software. to run on them. Then....

Take a very common example. People usually buys an x64 (64bit) architecture PC without a operating system but when they install it, they install it with x84(32bit) architecture. A good hardware without a software of a high specs. requirements is nothing but just waste of resources. It is just like having a car with no one to drive it.
